Meet your child support coach
With a career exceeding 8 years at Inland Revenue, (June 2015 - October 2023) I learned how to interpret and use the child support legislation to make decisions to help thousands of customers through hard times.
My journey started at Inland Revenue's branch in Takapuna, Auckland, where I began as a Collection Officer in the Child Support Department. Over five years, I took on roles involving legal work and quality checking the work of our officers, I provided training and support for new officers, I conducted presentations on legal case preparation, coaching negotiation and debt collection strategies.
In 2018, I relocated to Tauranga office, continuing with Inland Revenue for another three years. During this time, I upskilled in providing solutions to complex queries, ensuring that parents receive precise and tailored assistance.
I was presented with the opportunity to upgrade my expertise in shared care, and I found myself enjoying the process of helping parents arrange complex care arrangements.
I AM TRAINED TO MAKE WELL-INFORMED, IMPARTIAL DECISIONS, I ENSURE FAIRNESS AND JUSTICE IN EVERY CASE
If I've got your attention and if I gave you the sense of assurance, competence and trust, meet me for a free 15 minute discovery session, I don't hold any of my knowledge back, I tend to provide valuable information and I will take care of you no matter what situation you are in and what you are going through.
You don't have to
go through this alone.
On a personal side, me and my husband came from Macedonia to New Zealand in 2009.
I am a proud mum of a fun, happy and fast growing boy.
My hobby is crocheting soft toys and dolls.
I am very much involved in martial arts. My son trains Taekwondo and he had won multiple medals in competing in patterns and specialties.
I trained Muay Thai for almost 3 years, now I am recovering from a surgery and I am looking forward going back on the mats.
I can talk for hours about the benefits of martial arts, and how it helps with stamina, self-control, confidence, perseverance, contributes to better physical and mental health....
I am a big advocate of teaching martial arts in schools because I believe it will prevent bullying and it will build resilient children with indomitable spirit at very young age.
